Dinner was the most fabulous I’ve made in a while (well, first time in a while I felt like cooking something special). All of the sudden I felt like Herb Crusted Salmon, with Beurre Blanc, green beans and pasta with a pesto, Dijon style sauce… Yummy!
You can bet I’ll be making this again. For the Beurre Blanc, I used Real butter, not exactly diet friendly, but personal experience dictates it instead of an alternative… It’s just better. 🙂
