Michael and I were driving along the back roads on the way to Hagerstown, MD the other day and I couldn’t stop marveling at the glorious fall colors.  Especially since I’ve been recovering from the blood clot in my leg that doesn’t allow for much exploring.      I loved getting out of the house with the camera! This first shot was just along a colorful country road, and I’m really not sure where we were, I didn’t care… It was glorious!

And as we went through Germantown, MD we passed a really beautiful shell of a structure – a ruin. It was lovely, I know it sounds somewhat funny that a ruin could be lovely, but it really was. The whole thing made me think of castles… LOL I know, I know… I’m a nut.
