So… I’ve been tracking what I’m eating, and working out. At this time its only about 10 minutes on the stair stepper but its a start.I’m also being more conscious about drinking water. I know I don’t hydrate enough, but I know I’m not alone. Many studies show that on average, we drink less than half the water our bodies need on a daily basis. One of the easiest things we can do to improve our health is drink more water. That’s my plan.

Some of you might remember when I mentioned I had attended a meeting for Civil Air Patrol (adults)? Michael joined and I’m still seriously thinking about it. I was in CAP in high school and thoroughly loved it. My concerns, how much time will it occupy (I do still want some down time), also, what would I do? I know they were very excited that I’m a secretary.

But the idea of volunteering for this is exciting to me. I think I’ll go to one more meeting and then decide.
